Step 1

1. On a well leveled site place the ''OS'' parts parallel to each other:

Step 2

2. As extensions of ''OS'', place details ''OL'' and ''OD'' next to them:

Step 3

3. Connect details ''OL'' and ''OD'' to ''OS'' using details ''OP'' - base plates, ''PSP'' - connection plates for base profiles, and bolts M10x20 (included in the bundle): *The two long sides of the floor structure are ready

Step 4

4. Place the ''OK'' parts perpendicularly to the two long profiles of the base and stabilize them with the ''PSU'' - connection plates for angles - using M10x20 bolts , but do not tighten completely yet:

Step 5

5. You should position the closed transverse profiles ''ON'' and the angle fixing profiles ''A'' (cut at a 45 degree angle) as follows: * The closed cross profile must be installed exactly to the dimensions given in the scheme, so that two concrete floor panels can overlap on one closed transverse profile. *In the 300 x 700 cm version, the closed transverse profile, which is marked in RED in the scheme above, overlaps with the connecting plates ‘’PSP’’, so it must be cut by 6-7 mm.

Step 6

6. Using a tape measure, measure the diagonals of the floor structure to ensure that the main profiles are at right angles and that the structure has no deflections:

Step 7

7. If the diagonals’ measures are equal, proceed to tightening the bolts of the ''PSU'' plates and fixing the ''ON'' transverse profiles and the ''A'' angle fixing profiles using 5.5x25 mm screws (included in the bundle). Leave a 2 cm clearance from the edge of the floor profile when inserting the screws as specified in the diagram:

Step 8

8. Straighten or reverse the structure to attach 5.5x25 mm screws to the ''ON'' - transverse profiles and ''A'' - angle fixing profiles and the underside of the floor structure:

Step 9

9.The concrete panels should be placed and fixed to the closed cross profiles ''ON'' and the main floor profiles ''OK'', ''OL'', ''OS'', ''OD'' by means of self-tapping screws 4.8x32 mm (supplied). Leave a distance of 5.5 cm (!) between the edge of the main floor profile and the concrete floor panels (as shown on the scheme), in order to provide sufficient space for the further installation of the wall panels:

Step 9a

The scheme below shows the fixing points of the concrete floor panels to the floor structure using the screw:

Step 10

10. Install the four main ''KO'' columns to the floor structure, using M10x20 bolts:

Step 11

11.Arrange the roof profiles ''PD'', ''PS'' , ''PL'' in a straight line and join them using the connection plates ''PSP'' and ''PP'':

Step 12

12. Mount the already finished long profiles of the roof structure to the main ''KO'' columns using M10x20 bolts:

Step 13

13. Then mount and ''PK'' to the main beams ''KO'' :

Step 14

14.Mount the supporting columns ''KS'' to the floor and roof connection plates ''OP'' and ''PP'' using M10x20 bolts:

Step 15

15. Installation of wall panels: Layout and dimensions schemes of wall panels: *No matter at which side of the container you start installing the wall panels, always start with the cut (narrower) panel

Step 15a

The wall panels are mounted between the concrete floor panels and the edge of the main floor profile (shown in scheme below) and are fixed to the main floor and roof metal profiles using 3 pieces 4.8x70 mm screws with washers (included in the bundle) at the bottom and top of each panel, as shown in the schemes:

Step 16

16. Window installation: At your discretion, where you are going to install the window, first install the 80 cm high below-window panel. Fit the window to the side and below-window panel, then fit a 28cm high above-window panel over the window.

Step 16a

16a. Door installation: The door is installed in the desired location as the frame is slided into the panel with the opening direction outwards. Fix the door to the floor profile with two screws

Step 16b

After placing the frame, place the above-door panel piece - W 920 x H 230 - over the door. Place the "H" profile on the end of the panel above the door. "H" profile is placed for connection between the panel above the door and the next panel

Step 17

17. Mounting the hinges to the frame: Mark the locations of the hinges on the frame - 30 cm from the top edge and 30 cm from the bottom edge of the door frame. Fix with 3x20 mm screws (included in the bundle) to the door.

Step 18

18.Install the lock and gutters to the drain holes using 3x20 mm screws:

Step 19

19. Proceed with the installation of the remaining wall panels:

Step 20

20. Installation of roof panels: *All corners and joints of the roof profiles must be sealed very well (!) with high quality sealant 3 in 1 (which is provided in the kit or its analogue/substitute):

Step 21

21. Apply a layer of the 3-in-1 installation sealant to prepare the first roof panel placement area:

Step 22

22. Install the first roof panel: - The first panel is with cut overlapping sheet metal and placed so that the cut side is facing the side of the main roof profile ''PK'':

Step 22a

22a. The first panel is fixed with screws 6.3x105mm with washer and rubber seal, the screw is mounted on the ridge (rib) of the roof panel and must pierce the roof metal profile (!):

Step 23

23. Apply installation sealant at the joint between the roof panels, at the ridge of the already laid panel and at the point between the main roof profile and the next panel:

Step 24

24. Install the next roof panel:

Step 25

25. Along each overlap, place 3 pieces of 4.2x15 mm screws, as indicated in the scheme, for maximum sealing and adhesion of the two panels:

Step 26

26. Continue using the same method of placement with the remaining roof panels:

Step 27

27. Seal the corners between the metal profiles of the structure and the wall panels with the high quality silicone provided in the bundle:

Step 28

28. Installation of flooring: - On a well-cleaned floor, apply the linoleum glue (included in the bundle) with a trowel to the concrete floor panels and place the linoleum. Installation of floor skirting, corners and taps.

Step 29

29.PVC corners at the four corners (vertical) and at the ceiling (horizontal).

Step 30

30. Installation of electrical installation (included in the bundle) – main panel, fuses, cable channels, cables, sockets, switches, lights.
